Portrait study using an old painting I had lying around. I originally bought this canvas and frame from an op shop over 7 years ago and wanted to repurpose the old frame. It's got these subtle faded gold trim thats aged nicely and looks really cool with the patina-like green that's scattered around the frame.
I'm really enjoying exploring this style of spray painting - working with only a small amount of colours, using different nozzle types, building values with simple shapes. It's a whole new world, spray paint, and I think I want to study it some more.
